I can highly recommend Stone Tools as a fabulous supplier of professional stone working tools, diamond pads, sealers, repairs resins etc. Fantastic customer service (Hannah - simply awesome service) and technical advice from Steve was by far the best I've come across in this country.

After disappointing performance and a display of poor customer service from KGS, I'm glad to say stone tools have come up trumps again.
Trust your gut instincts with suppliers, if they aren't forthcoming with answers or solutions to your problems or fail to see how they could possibly be involved/responsible with said problems or failures; give them the push pronto, as there are smaller suppliers out there waiting, who are more interested in your business.
